Practice bank
The boxes inside each section check that you understood the rule. This bank is for drilling it until it is automatic. One page per topic, and every page says which section it belongs to.
How to use the bank. Do ten exercises, mark them, and write the ones you got wrong into your error notebook with the rule beside them. Come back to the same page a week later and do the next ten. Doing a whole page in one sitting feels productive and teaches very little.
