Privacy policy
Written in plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody. This explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

The short version
This website does not have a database. The forms on it do not send anything to a server. When you fill one in, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already written out, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. If you never press send, we never receive it.
What we collect
When you contact us, by any route, we receive what you choose to tell us. Typically that is:
- Your name and phone number
- Your city
- Your academic level, target destination and English test status
- Anything else you write in the notes, which may include your marks, budget or a previous visa refusal
If you become a client, we will additionally hold the documents required for your application, such as transcripts, passport details and financial evidence. We ask for these only when they are needed for a specific application.
What we do with it
We use your information to advise you, to prepare and submit applications on your behalf, and to keep you updated on your case. Where you instruct us to apply somewhere, we share the necessary parts of your file with that university or its admissions partner, and with the relevant visa authority. That is the whole purpose of the service.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
What this website itself does
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own and includes no advertising pixels. It loads a font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for that font, as it would on most websites. If we later add analytics, we will say so here before we do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as it is useful to help you, and client files for as long as we may need them to support your application or answer questions afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Message us and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Ask us to delete it. Message us and we will remove your file.
- Stop hearing from us. Tell us to stop and we will.
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy terms, not ours. If you would rather not use it, email or call us instead and we will work that way.
Children
Our services are for prospective students, most of whom are adults. Where a student is under eighteen, we expect a parent or guardian to be involved in the conversation and in any decision.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
