You are welcome to come in and sit with a counsellor rather than doing everything over the phone, and families are welcome too. Message us first so we can hold a slot and have someone free who handles your destination.

Your Matric and Intermediate results, your degree and transcript if you have one, and any English test result. Photographs of them on your phone are fine for a first session.
A first consultation usually runs about an hour. That is enough to review your profile, shortlist realistic universities and set out the timeline.
The first session is free. If you go ahead, our pricing is explained upfront with no hidden charges at any stage.
Most of the questions that matter are financial. It saves a second conversation if whoever is funding the study is in the room.
